Natural laxative colon cleanzers

 Psyllium Husk: A type of root that you can buy at most stores, and contained in things like Metamucil.  It is one of the easiest natural colon cleansing products to use from home, because you can just add it into your cooking. This is going to clean out your colon and make your feel better about yourself. It works because it is a natural bulking fiber.
Cumin seeds:  2 tablespoons of cumin seeds  ground, a pinch of asafetida,some rock salt, a few drops of lemon juice combine and drink quickly.
Baking soda:  mix in equal parts of baking soda and plain old water. Should work very quickly.
coriander juice, fresh buttermilk, and a pinch of cumin seeds: works well too.
  • Flax seeds - It increases the intestinal volume and the peristaltic motion that helps in the movement of bowels.
  • Aloe leaf - A very good laxative.
  • Ginger - Stimulates the colon. Reduces bloating.
  • Garlic - Eliminates toxins from the body. Helps to reduce parasites.
  • Barberry - Stimulates the colon.
  • Fennel - Helps to eliminate mucus from the colon.

Doctors believe we should keep our colon clean with the things we eat. Adding more fiber to your diet is a great way to keep your colon clean. Eating a high fiber diet over the course of a weekend could clean out your colon naturally. Of course, during this time you will have to lay off fatty foods and low fiber foods. This will mean eating a lot of vegetables and soups.

Most fruits contain ample amounts of fiber, which helps keep your bowel normal.
